what do we do on our breaks?

We get up early in this house. Fred leaves by 5:30am, and the kids are often up by then, too.
The sunrises are just beautiful...such amazing evidence of God's love, creativity, passion.
I had to snap a few pictures before Daylight Savings Time this weekend.

Today was a great day. Great. Yesterday...not so much.

Today we did some stretching and then some head-stands. Oh, yes, I taught them how to do "the crane." It was hilarious!! That's me in the first picture, followed by The Artist, The Nature Man, and then Dash, and finally Little Lad!

Lotsa bottoms in that picture!! ;-)

I'm a late-riser of late, so I really appreciated the golden photos. Wow - you've got talent, Wendy. They are breathtaking!

And you can do the crane...Wendy-san!

Show-offs! (Hey, did you know I can do the crane, now, too? For about .5 seconds!)
