just swimmy

Okay, so I'm tired. My body is playing silly tricks on me, with all the lightheadedness and whatnot. My energy level is up and down, crazy-high and then pass-out low. I mean, really? This is ridiculous. And, no, I haven't gone to the doctor. Go ahead and tell me that I should. I know. But I'm busy, you see. Too many activities planned, places to go, school to teach. Who has time to spend half the day at the clinic? Then again, when I stand up and almost fall over, maybe it's time to get some blood work done? I need to bring my NatureMan in tomorrow anyway for a once-over, after a rough-and-tumble knees-hitting-chest accident, involving his brothers and Daddy. Males.

I'm tired. And I can't do the things I want tonight; I'm all lightheaded and whatnot. I want to make guacamole and then eat chips with it. The extra salt should help with the super low blood pressure... and I just like guacamole, so any excuse is good enough to eat it. But I don't want to stand up to make it. Ugh. Kitchen floor, here I come.

...and, by the way, I did jump on the trampoline, totally clean my house, and go grocery shopping today (energy-high).... just started getting ill (energy-low) again on the way home.

So, if you'd be so inclined, pray that when I do go in, it'll be a minor little thing, like simply Hypotension...and they'll tell me to eat more chips.

Hope you are ok dearie! You DO eat enough right? Right after I had Grahm my appetite was weirdo and I only ate 6 little chocolate footballs for my meals. Needless to say perhaps, I would stand up and swoon every time. I had 0 energy and even the multi vites I got weren't enough to jump start me properly when I was trying to eat more. Strange times

I'll say a prayer for you tonight!

Shan, I eat like a horse. :-)
I've just had super low bp my whole life, usually ranging from 100/50 down to 90/40, when I'm having issues (think, labor.)
I don't think lightheadedness can ever really be serious, it's just a nuisance that I'm getting frustrated by.
This morning I feel much better, after rest and a bowl of berries. Still, I'm going to get the blood work done, as this has been a major pain in the butt for a few weeks.

I'm sorry to hear your ongoing battle with that! Wow, that would be tough to work through!

I think it's great that you're going to get that blood work done, maybe they can give you some new suggestions as to how to kick this in the booty right now!

Please go! My bp is commonly low. It's always been around 90/50 to 100/60, but I rarely have that kind of light-headedness. It's really unusual for me for my top number to hit 100 unless I'm pregnant. Have them check your blood sugar too. That can make you woozy as well.

Oh my goodness! I hope you find out what it is and I will pray that it is easily fixable!
